Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was really attentive and friendly, but lacked adequate space in the rooms for a multi-night stay. Despite the quirky charm, the lack of air conditioning and ventilation was a letdown.
Upon arrival, the room was a bit cold but quickly resolved. However, the storage space was insufficient for two people staying four nights, leading us to partially live out of our suitcases. Despite feeling hot and stuffy initially, the room was comfortable and clean with a spacious bathroom. The hotel's service was notable for its friendliness and the delicious chicken risotto and lemon posset. The location in a picturesque Welsh countryside town was convenient and cozy. Dining offered excellent, well-cooked meals with a good variety and value for money. The hotel facilities were well-kept and satisfying overall.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were beautifully decorated and of high quality, but the heat was quite uncomfortable despite the presence of fans. The location was convenient with some drawbacks related to dining. The dining experience offered tasty food but lacked vegetarian options. The hotel's facilities were sufficient despite some limitations.
